Method 1:
Using 4-methyl-4-hydroxy-2-pentanone (diacetone alcohol) as the reaction material, water as the solvent, NaOBr aqueous solution was used for halogenated reaction, followed by acidification and isobutanol extraction. The HMB acid in the isobutanol extract was directly salted with Ca (OH) 2 to obtain β - hydroxy - β - methylbutyrate calcium.   1. Method 2:
    1) Reaction of glacial acetic acid, sulfuric acid, and H2O2, followed by vacuum distillation, yields a solution of peracetic acid;
